Terms of Service
These operational terms govern Bobo's Infinite Universe, provided by Dillan Cohen under the public brand Dreams & Wonder. By using Bobo, you agree to these terms.
Who may use Bobo
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bobo. If local law requires parental consent at a higher age, you may use the app only with that consent. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information.
A fictional, changing universe
Bobo creates fictional and generated entertainment. Choices can lead to surprising, imperfect, or unsuccessful outcomes, and generated content may occasionally be mistaken. The app does not provide professional, medical, legal, or financial advice and does not guarantee a particular story result, reward, title, or availability.
Acceptable use
You may explore imaginative and age-appropriate fictional situations, including choices with consequences. Do not use Bobo to exploit or endanger a real person, create sexual content involving minors, facilitate real-world serious wrongdoing, attack the service, infringe another person's rights, or submit unlawful content. We may block a prompt, limit access, or terminate an account when needed to protect people or the service.
Subscriptions and virtual items
Premium subscriptions, Recall Bells, Loaded Dice, relic packs, and other virtual items are billed by Apple under the price and terms shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through Apple before renewal. Consumable and virtual items have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be changed when reasonably needed to operate the game. Randomized packs disclose their contents or odds in the app where required. Except where law requires otherwise, Apple handles refunds and billing disputes.
Ownership and service changes
Bobo, its art, software, names, and original materials belong to Dillan Cohen or the applicable licensors. Dreams & Wonder is the public brand under which the app is presented. You retain rights you already hold in your prompts. You receive a personal, limited, revocable license to use the app. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and will try to avoid unreasonable loss of purchased access.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent, Dillan Cohen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by applicable United States law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections where you live.
