Privacy Policy
Bobo's Infinite Universe is operated by Dillan Cohen under the public brand Dreams & Wonder. This policy explains what information Bobo uses and the choices available to you.
Information Bobo uses
- Account information: identifiers and basic profile information supplied through Sign in with Apple and our authentication provider.
- Your story: prompts, choices, generated story text, journal entries, BoboFeed posts, characters, inventory, progression, and other saved game state.
- Purchases: product, entitlement, transaction, and subscription status supplied by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
- Device features: notification permission and scheduling state used for turn reminders on your device.
- Technical information: limited service logs needed to keep the app reliable, secure, and prevent duplicate delivery.
How information is used
We use this information to create and remember your Bobo's world, generate the story requested by you, operate accounts, deliver purchases, send requested reminders, provide support, protect the service, and diagnose problems. Player prompts and relevant game context are processed by model providers to produce story content. Account and game data are stored using Clerk and Convex; purchase status is processed by Apple and RevenueCat.
Bobo does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for cross-app advertising. We disclose information only to service providers operating Bobo, when you direct us to, or when required for safety or law.
Retention, deletion, and security
Story and account data are kept while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can permanently delete your account in Settings. We then delete associated account and game content, subject to short processing time and narrowly retained, minimized transaction or security records required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can promise absolute security.
International processing and age
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries with different data-protection laws. Bobo is intended for people age 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided information, contact us so we can remove it.
