Delete Account
You can permanently delete your Bobo account inside the app without contacting support.
In the Bobo app
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
This removes your account, Bobo, story and journal content, characters, inventory, and associated game state. Deletion cannot be undone. Limited, minimized transaction records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, accounting, or law.
Cancel Apple billing separately
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel Premium first from Apple Subscriptions if you do not want it to renew.
Need help?
The in-app flow is the normal deletion method. If you cannot access the app, email support@thebobouniverse.com from the address associated with your account.
